Ottima esperienza, Marco ci ha accolto al check-in e personalmente aiutato al check-out. La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione, grande e perfetta per i gruppi, con un bel spazio esterno (tavolo, sedie, sdraio). Grazie!

Casa molto piacevole anche per spazio e giardino esterno. Vicina a Pescara, ma abbastanza fuori per essere molto tranquilla. Molto comodo che ogni camera da letto abbia il proprio bagno. Cucina attrezzata. Ottimi i consigli di marco rispetto ai ristoranti ! Da tornarci appena avremo prossima occasione. In più scoperto la città di Pescara non conoscevamo sul mare è vicina ai monti e con un aeroporto collegato alle capitali europee dalle quali ci hanno raggiunto i nostri figli !!!

This was an amazing experience and Marco was an excellent host. He was very responsive and flexible with our need of a late checkin. The house was very comfortable for our group of 5 and had everything we needed. We will plan to stay here again on future trips to Abruzzo!

Wij hebben een week in het fantastische huis van Marco mogen verblijven.

Het huis is erg mooi en heeft een prachtige tuin waar we met mooi weer lekker konden eten en van de zon genieten.

We hadden een auto gehuurd en konden deze bij het huis, gratis parkeren. Het is dichtbij het plaatsje Spoltore en een kwartier van het centrum van Pescara gelegen.

Marco is een vriendelijke en relaxte, aardige gastheer. Hij heeft ons een restaurant aangeraden waar we twee keer geweest zijn en heerlijk gegeten hebben.

Wij hebben ons hier heel goed gevoeld en komen zeker heel graag terug.

Casa ben strutturata con tre stanze e tre bagni indipendenti quindi ottimo sia per famiglie numerose che per coppie di amici. Spazio esterno ampio e godibile con BBQ a gas quindi facile da approntare. E' consigliata qualche boccetta di Autan in agosto ! Marco si è dimostrato reattivo , attento e buon conoscitore della zona con consigli interessanti. La casa si presta come base per organizzare gite al mare o in montagna con paesaggi bellissimi. Consigliato!

Beautiful place in a perfect location! Marco was so helpful and shared with us some great dinner options! There was great indoor and outdoor space. Perfect place for families to connect in Italy!

We - a family of four from Frankfurt / Germany - were looking for 12 nights in a quiet and comfortable flat, not to far away from the beaches, which are empty at this off-season time. Villa Acacie, who can be found on its own homepage, was more than that. It is a well designed spacious hideaway where each of our 2 kids could have their own room with ensuite bathroom. Positive was also the possibility to darken windows from outside so that we all could sleep as long as we liked. Thanks to Marco, who lives upstairs but would not be heard at all. And all windows have fly screens (Fliegengitter) - so the house is moskito-free. Temperatures first half of October are 20-24 degrees. It was 80% sunny, beaches (nearest ca. 3km or max. 10 minutes by car) are empty and clean, bathing is still possible without problems. It was just a relaxing time, and more than we expected. Thanks, Marco and - we hope to see you again next year!

Alloggio al piano terra di una villetta a due piani attorniata da uno splendido giardino attrezzato. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, tre camere matrimoniali ognuna con bagno. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

This beautiful, main floor rental was perfect for our family of 6. The rooms are spacious, bright, nicely decorated and the space had everything we could need, including a fantastic patio. It's a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and close to all amenities in Spoltore and surrounding area. Our host Marco was most gracious, always available to answer our questions and assist in any way. He even provided a high chair for our little one upon arrival. We'll definitely be back!

 We had a fantastic vacation in Marcos lovely guest house. Everything we needed was there and Marco was a superb host. We can only recommend this place to others.

Immerso tra le colline a pochissimi km dal mare abbiamo trovato un posto unico. Una struttura nuova, molto curata nei dettagli con un meraviglioso giardino attrezzato. Il proprietario della struttura é di una educazione unica e gentilezza senza eguali. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi confort, relax e comodità.

The house is beautiful, pretty big, with great patio for barbecue and relaxing. The host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying there a lot.

Location eccellente sia per come strutturata all'interno con tre splendide camere matrimoniali con bagno personale cucina attrezzata e funzionale sia l'esterno veramente bello ben curato in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa il padrone di casa Marco una persona veramente alla mano e cordialissimo sicuramente esperienza di ripetere con una parola meravigliosa .

Abbiamo soggiornato con altri amici in questa splendida casa vacanza in occasione del Pescara Comix 2018 e il soggiorno si è rivelato al di là di ogni più rosea aspettativa. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e cortesia e da una casa perfettamente attrezzata e pulita. L'arredamento e il design delle camere e del salone è curato nel minimo dettaglio. Le camere sono tutte ampie e spaziose, dotate di bagno interno, un salone/cucina ben attrezzato, con due porte a vetri che lo illuminano perfettamente e che guardano al prato antistante. Silenzioso e immerso nella quiete di Spoltore è comodamente raggiungibile e a 7 minuti dal centro di Pescara e dal mare. Consigliato sia per i gruppi di amici che per le famiglie.

Bellissima casa e location. Spazi comodi anche in tanti, con la giusta privacy. Outdoor bellissimo. Massima pulizia e accoglienza ottima. Posizione ideale per tranquillità e per raggiungere ogni destinazione.

Wir waren zu dritt für 5 Tage Ende Oktober – Anfang November im Guest House " LE ACACIE". Wir fanden die Unterkunft ganz toll, es war alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit neuen Möbeln und Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Eigentlich ist die ganze Einrichtung ganz neu. Sehr schön, liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack gemacht . Parken kann man direkt gegenüber dem Haus und die Lage des Hauses ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles lief reibungslos ab. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und verbleiben mit herzlichem Dank an den Gastgeber!

Perfect apartment in a quiet location just outside of Pescara. Ideal for day trips without being in the city. Close to great beaches in Pescara and our favourite Pineto.. The apartment is really well presented and very stylish with excellent accommodation for a family. Nice garden area. Marco the owner was an excellent host being helpful and available yet discrete. We would love to return.

Marco's place is slightly secluded but a few minutes away from all amenities and a car is a must. It's very comfortable and tastefully decorated. He is the perfect host, always available and very responsive to any needs his guests may have. We will come back.

Casa davvero spettacolare! Posizione appartata e tranquilla ma a 10 minuti di auto da tutto ciò che serve. Marco disponibilissimo, attento e nel contempo discreto. L'abitazione davvero confortevole e pulitissima, interni ed esterni (a disposizione con arredi barbecue e un giardino ) davvero belli e molto curati. La consiglio!!

Great for families,nice garden to sit in and view the country side fields. Warm and cozy. There's a feeling of "real" Italy.

We loved Marco's place. It is close to amenities but far enough away to have absolute peace and quiet. We'd recommend hiring a car, it's only 10 minutes to Pescara airport but you're pretty rural so need a vehicle to get about. Marco has an area where your car is safe to park and very close. We hired bikes during our stay and got them delivered to the house, although Marco does have a couple of bikes to borrow. It's a great spot if you're into your cycling as there are lots of villages around to call in for an ice cream to reward yourself after climbing lots of hills. There's also a huge supermarket a 5 minute drive away to stock up on all those holiday essentials. Pescara is a great place too, fabulous beaches, beach clubs and restaurants in abundance. We ate in a few evenings and the kitchen had everything you need, hob, grill and oven plus Marco brought around a gas fired barbecue which we used a lot. The outside space is great, a very peaceful enclosed garden. The bedrooms are really comfy too, 3 bedrooms with en suites. Marco was a great host and was there when we needed him. We'd absolutely return to Marco's place.

The property was very comfortable and fornitured in good style. Kitchen was well equipped. The host was very kind and helpful person. He took us from airport, rented bikes and shared his private beach spot out of charge. If you are looking for quiet place within easy reach to Pescara its definitely for you. The property also has garden with terrace and sunbads. During hot days temperature in house is very pleasant. Definitely worth to stay if you are looking for place out of town.

Great place to stay, vey comfortable living space with large rooms and lovely garden. Marco very friendly and was available if we needed anything. Overall we are very happy and would definitely come again.

Marco, our host, was very helpful with recommendations and directions. This location is above Pescara in a secluded, but not isolated neightborhood. There is a shopping mall, Arca, with a food court, supermercato and lots of shops. Highly recommended.

Marco`s apartement in Guest house "Acacie" in Spoltore nearby Pescara really is one of the best flats we ever had; and we had a lot. Very big sized with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a big well established kitchen and a very nice architecture; together with a nice garden in a quiet surrounding - perfect for relaxing holiday. Marco is a very friendly and helpful man, thank you very much!

La villa et non l'appartement est d'une propreté exemplaire ainsi que le jardin .Villa située sur les collines de Pescara a 10 minutes de voiture et a 15 de l'Adriatique.La location est bien située a 5 minutes d'un centre commercial il y a du super marché au restaurant ect::: Pour les balades voir la documentation avec Mr Candeloro homme très sympathique et chaleureux !! les restaurants sont bons il y en a pour tous les gouts! Marco was a fantastic host, even met us at the supermarket down the road, the house was clean, with everything you needed. We really enjoyed our stay, we had bbqs most nights, marco supplied a gas bbq and insisted we do not pay for the gas. Ideal for a family vacation close enough to pescara and in the same breath far enough away from the town. We took a 13 & 16 year old and they loved it.

Très beau séjour dans un cadre magnifique, une villa somptueuse, spacieuse et très bien placée. Des commerces à proximité, la mer est à 10 minutes. Le propriétaire qui vit à l'étage est d'une discrétion exceptionnel, mais serviable également. Vacances à 7 personnes 4 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âges. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain ce qui rend les choses plus simple.

Superbe maison , très bien aménagée et équipée. Je la conseil vivement! Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Les chambres sont superbe, toutes équipées de salle de bain. La cuisine hyper pratique et très lumineuse et un accès direct sur la terrasse à fait notre plus grand bonheur pour profiter un maximum du temps estival. La maison était vraiment très propre lors de notre arrivée et a été nettoyé pendant notre séjour car nous y sommes resté + de 10 jours. Marco nous a accueilli et conseillé avec beaucoup de gentillesse. C'était aussi très facile de s'arranger avec lui pour toute les modalitées au vue de notre séjour. Nous en gardons vraiment une très très bon souvenir et c'est une adresse que nous garderons sans aucun doute!

Eine tolle, moderne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage! Guter Ausgangspunkt um das Meer, aber auch den Blick der Berge zu genießen. Die Wohnung war ein Traum! Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad! Die Wohnküche war sehr groß und hell! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und auch den schönen, gepflegten Garten auf den Sonnenliegen genossen! Alles war sehr sauber, die Wohnung sehr praktisch eingerichtet! Marco, der Gastgeber war immer freundlich und hatte immer ein Ohr für unsere Fragen! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung auf alle Fälle weiter! Alles Gute und vielen Dank für alles, Marco!

Marco is very organised and booking / arrival was very easy. Directions were clear on how to find the house. The house is excellent - clean, neat, 3 bedrooms each with doubles (2) or bunks - and each with own bathroom. The kitchen / family area are great, and the property is secure with a private garden. Spoltore is a few km out of Pescara and a car is necessary. A really good stay - recommended.

Il sig. Marco è un padrone di casa di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità infinita, ma allo stesso tempo estremamente discreto. Nonostante l'ora tarda (ormai quasi mezzanotte) ci ha accolto con gentilezza in questa bellissima casa. Pulita, accogliente, con ogni confort. I letti erano fatti e nei bagni c'erano a disposizione asciugamani morbidissimi. Al mattino ti svegli nel silenzio e puoi goderti una colazione nel giardino verdissimo e ombreggiato. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario (biancheria, posate, pentole), lavastoviglie e forno e l'immancabile MOKA per il caffè. La casa si trova sulle colline di Pescara, in macchina dista circa 15 minuti dal centro e a 10 da un grosso centro commerciale, considerando che si trova isolata da tutto (giusto qualche casetta vicina) è d'obbligo la macchina. Quindi tutto perfetto e consigliata per tutti!! Grazie Marco per questo gradevolissimo soggiorno.

The villa is excellent in the hills near the city, so no noise. We particularly liked the fact that I could in the morning to have breakfast on the terrace and admire the scenery. The evening is a pleasure to sit on the terrace and admire the firefly concertull.Marco, the owner of the villa was very nice, we even drove to the airport with his personal car.

Un grande appartamento ideale per una famiglia come la nostra. Finiture splendide e una pace data dalla posizione su una collina circondata da ulivi a due passi dal centro completano una esperienza ottima. Marco è stato un grande host, attento ai dettagli e pronto sempre ad aiutare. La considereremo sicuramente per prossime visite a Pescara.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Even though the pictures of it on the website are beautiful, the reality was above our expectations. Marco was exceptionally hospitable, caring about our family having everything we needed, provided extra cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen in the middle of our 11 day stay, suggested small towns of interest to go sightseeing. We very much enjoyed staying at the wonderful Case Sferrella and communicating with Marco.
